Beverages are included during the meal and are served in a glass, unless otherwise noted. For that time before and after dinner, we offer our fountain beverage packages.

Beverage Bar with Hors D'oeuvres

This package is ideal for before your meal starts at your special occasion. Includes coffee, tea and fountain sodas for the length of your event. The hors d' oeuvres are House choice and generally consist of vegetable trays, salami, cream cheese with flavored fruit topping and crackers, as well as two(2) hot items per person and are served for up to one(1) hour before your meal. $6.49 per person, plus tax and 10% service charge including children 4 or older. The beverages are served in a glass before the meal is served and Styrofoam cups will be used at the end of the meal after the plates are picked up. Styrofoam plates are provided for the hors d' oeuvres. NOT AVAILABLE WITH HORS D' OEUVRES ONLY EVENTS.

This package is served in Styrofoam cups if a meal is not served and Styrofoam cups will be used at the end of the meal after the plates are picked up.

Bar Selections

Chez Shari offers a full-service no-host bar as part of the room rental. Limitations and minimums may apply. Hosted bar options are available.

Hosted Bar Packages

Do you want a no host bar, guests buy their own drinks, or do you want to host all or part of the bar. A no host bar is included in the fees for using Chez Shari. We recommend limiting what is available in the hosted bar and for how long it is available. We find beer and wine for the cocktail hour and dinner is a good place to start. We can customize the hosted bar options to your needs and budget. Chez Shari offers two cost effective options for hosted bar service. You can choose how many are appropriate for your event and you can always add on during the event. As these packages are offered at a discount off the regular price, there are no refunds for unused drinks.

Beer & Wine

25 Bud Light, Coors Light, Shocktop, or Modello draft in 16 ounce glasses(selection subject to change and availability) and wine by the glass. $100.00 plus 15% service charge. A savings of up to $25.00 versus being purchased individually.

Well Drinks

20 Well Drinks. Our well consists of Tahoe Blue Vodka, Jim Beam Whiskey, Beefeater Gin, Old Smuggler Scotch, E & J Brandy, Bacardi Rum, and Bandero Tequila(Liquors are subject to change and availability). Well Drinks are generally one liquor and one mixer(juice, soda, etc) $105.00 plus 15% service charge. A savings of $10.00 versus being purchased individually.

Toasting Package

Whether it's a toast to the new bride and groom or a “Salute” to a job well done, our beverage toasting packages are a convenient way to enhance your celebration while staying within your budget. There are several packages to choose from.

Classic Toast

Comes with Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider. We provide stemware for all guests. $1.29 per person plus tax and 15% service charge.

Deluxe Toast

Comes with WM Wycliff Brut Champagne and Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider. We provide stemware for all guests. $1.79 per person plus tax and 15% service charge.

Bubble Bar (Mimosas)

$6.50 per person plus tax and 15% service charge. Included in our Bubble Bar are WM Wycliff Brut Champagne, Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider and a selection of flavored juices and cut up seasonal fruit. We provide stemware for all guests.
